I don't just direct visuals. I build the systems behind them.

About Me

Hola, I came to creative work through an unusual door, law school in Colombia, a Master in Occupational Health, immigration to the US, and eventually a photo editor role at Healthline that turned into something much bigger than the job description suggested.

Over nearly nine years, I built the medical imagery operation for a portfolio of brands reaching 250 million readers a month. I wasn't just selecting images, I was designing the workflows editors used to request them, training cross-functional teams, managing vendor relationships, directing original photoshoots, and figuring out how to bring AI into the process responsibly before anyone handed me a playbook.

My legal background means I think carefully about licensing, ethics, and how creative decisions affect real people. My health background means I understand the stakes of medical imagery , a wrong photo in a health article isn't just an aesthetic mistake. My Stanford AI Leadership certification means I'm equipped to lead through the next wave, not just react to it.

I'm bilingual, I've traveled to 46 countries, I teach yoga when I'm not building creative systems, and I have a very good dog named Pimienta. All of that shapes how I work — curious, empathetic, adaptable, and always looking for the smarter approach.

Creativity is a practice of alignment, where emerging technology meets human truth.
